Hydro-electric power station. Visitor centre and guided tours inside the mountain to the massive cavern which contains the turbines.
 
Open: All year, 9am-5pm. Phone for opening times.
 
Travel Directions: On the north bank of Loch Awe, 18 miles east of Oban on the A85, 6 miles west of Dalmally. Service bus stops on request. Rail halt is at Cruachan Halt.
